Wow, it’s been a while. It’s great to be busy, though. The economy in Sioux Falls is definitely bouncing back to say the least! So much so, that we had to add on to our buildings. Here are a bunch of photos that document the progress of our construction project over the last couple months. And… as much bad weather as we have endured lately, we have even got to utilize this new space as our storm shelter. Lucky for our construction project, we have finished up just in time to avoid most of the bad stuff. On the other hand, it was a prime opportunity to check for any leak issues, considering the torrential rains we have had.
Construction Yields Neon Room to Become Offices
Even our old neon room has been remodeled. From beginning photos, you will see there doesn’t appear to be a whole lot of room. However, after some measurements & a plan – thanks to Eagle Design Build – you will see how that is coming along. There was a new entrance added from the existing drafting department, while the old staircase entrance was removed & replaced with windows overlooking the sign division. This office will soon belong to our VP of Operations, Justin Pins. There will also be a neighboring office to his, in which will be occupied by the Sign Division Manager, Darren Tornow. If you didn’t think the space was big enough for two offices, just wait! …there’s MORE. There will also be a rather large conference room to take up the remaining space.
It won’t be much longer until the finished product will be revealed. Keep watching our progress!
