Ok, so it’s been a while since we’ve updated you on how our addition is coming along.  The tunnel has been ripped out & in place of that is a gigantic concrete wall.  The brave souls of our hired construction company have endured the frigid temps & wind chills to stay on task.  There are deadlines to meet after all!  Here are some photos of what’s all happened.

And here’s a small (very small) update on the toilet facility.  It’s been gutted & the small toilet in the photo below is now awaiting a new home.

Also… this may look like we are all having  a great time at work – since there’s a beer truck here and all, however, it is actually another fleet member of the construction company!  They have sectioned it off and are using it to keep their construction supplies organized.  This also proves that re-purposing goes not only for in the home, but also for used trucks as well!

And lastly, since it was such a nice day on Friday, I figured I’d snap a few more photos of the progress. It’s a good thing I did this, considering that late in the day – on a Friday of course, they like to go around lock all the doors.  Nothing wrong with that – always good to be secure. Nonetheless, I did not get that memo. Let’s just say, someone here had to take the long way back to their desk.

Hope this leaves you all well & keep checking back for updates!  Stay warm, my friends!
